With visiting Russian Naval Officers on the flight deck of HMCS Algonquin

Honorary Captain (Navy) Tung Chan, Captain Eduard V. Moskalenko (Commanding officer of the Varyag), Commander Kerr (Commanding Officer of HMCS Algonquin), Commodore Craig and Detachment Commander, Captain Sergey Y. Zhuga on the flight deck of Her Majesties Canadian Ship Algonquin, during a reception held onboard on the 9th of November. Attending the reception were representatives from the Russian Ships as well as members from the city of Vancouver itself.

Tung is dedicated to building social pathways to connect peoples in our community. He currently serves on a number of non profit boards and is a frequent commentator on Chinese language media outlets on current issues.
